  • The original owner must provide a valid picture of a government issued ID in case we ever need to unlock or recover your account.
  • The name on the account must match both a government issued ID and the sellers payment method. This ensures that we do not purchase hacked or stolen accounts.
  • We do not conduct business with anyone under the age of 18 unless their parent or legal guardian helps them with the process and handles all contracts.
  • Every account purchased must have no history of account hacks or recoveries.
  • Any account that is recalled from us is banned and the payment sent to the owner is reversed. We have a strict 0 tolerance policy on any scammers.

Our Warranty:

Every account purchased on is covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty protects you from an account recall by the original owner or a ban because of our company. In the event of your account becoming unplayable, we will offer store credit which can be used towards any product on our website. Our warranty only covers recalls by the original owner and bans that are our fault. Third party programs, in-game behavior, gold selling, account sharing, or any other form of negligence is not covered. Also, this warranty does not transfer to any other parties and any attempt to sell or trade your account will void our warranty.

  • If you have an issue within 60 days you will receive 100% store credit.
  • If you have an issue between 60 days and 6 months you will receive 50% store credit.
  • If you have an issue after 6 months you will receive 25% store credit.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Every account purchased at comes with the lifetime warranty outlined in this page. This warranty begins whenever the account details are sent to you.
  • This warranty only covers recoveries by the original owner. Account compromises, locks, bans, mutes, or any other sort of account discipline is not covered.
  • The account must remain on the email that we provide you. Changing this email or deleting emails sent to this email will result in our warranty being voided as we cannot conduct a full investigation.
  • Any warranty claim must be filed through our Support Center. Your claim will need to be fully investigated by a member of our management team. This process can take up to 72 hours to complete.
  • If an account is recovered by the original owner and is promptly returned to you, no refund will be given. Mistakes commonly happen between the original owner and the game publisher. If the account is recovered a second time after the original claim, then we will invoke the warranty.
  • Our lifetime warranty only covers the original purchase price of your account. It does not cover any added value, digital currency, or in-game purchases.
  • If your original payment is disputed through your bank, the warranty will be voided.
  • If a warranty claim is approved, you will be given store credit in the amount outlined above. This warranty does not entitle you to a refund.
  • In the unlikely event that a game shuts down, ceases to exist, or AccountDynasty is unable to provide our services for the game, the lifetime warranty will be voided.
  • This warranty is non-transferable. Any attempt at selling, trading, or sharing of the account outside of our website will void the warranty.
